Originally from Indiana, I graduated from Ball State University with a B.A. in Communication, Information and Media and minor in Theater. Shortly after, I moved to Florida (Tampa Bay area) and started my career in graphic design, video and photography. From lean and mean start-ups to global conglomerates like Animal Planet and GFI Software, I’ve enjoyed each company I worked for. At each of these companies what I learned the most was it’s really about the team and how you lead and inspire them – yes, the creative and marketing is a big part but a passionate team that works collaboratively will move mountains.
